I am enjoying , can def taste the ingredients, have been taking three tabs a day for a few weeks now, no issues. I am a runner and these seem to help me from getting acid reflux while on a run.

Just another supplement that doesn’t seem to work too well. Turmeric is good for you but, I can’t tell any difference in my joint pain from taking this.
