Did what I need it to do
My dog had allergies and was licking, leaving a redness in her white fur. This shampoo took a few tries but got the redness out. Also, shes apricot and it didn’t bleach that area at all.

Seal was open and some wipes dry because spell the liquid . I just receive the package
I don’t use the product yet . This is because I just get the package and the seal was open and the liquid spell .

No More Tears!
No more tears! One of my pups has constant tears and boogers in her eyes- She’s a cattle dog so she’s in the dirt alot. I saw this and thought I’d give it a try, it doesn’t make her not have tears completely, but it helps A LOT! Good buy!

Seen this on the Drew Barrymore show and ordered it for my dogs. It is very handy and helpful to remove the gunk from the corner of the eyes.

Meh
We have a pair of Cavaliers and we live in the desert so they are always eye boogers to liberate. I myself didn’t find these useful. Expectations were definitely high but it just didn’t do anything for them.

Dog looks forward to it
Works really well. Our dog looks forward to getting her face ‘licked’ with these pads — she’ll rub her face on her bed telling us its time. No pain, no wincing, no irritation. Don’t put it directly in their eyes but good to help clear the tear ducts if your dog has allergies.

I love this product. I have a white shih-tzu that loves to play in the dirt outside. This shampoo is the only shampoo that cleans him well and make him smell great for a long time. I also use this to clean his face and it’s not irritating his eyes like other brands do. I would definitely recommend this!

CHANGE IN BOTH PRODUCT AND PACKAGING?
I loved this shampoo before they changed the color and packaging. We’re seeing a lot of scratching of itches after use, though, since the change in packaging. I hope this wasn’t the cause, but it is more than coincidence, in my present opinion.
