CLUNK in the middle of the night!
[Update: the company has rectified the issue and did so in an expedient manner. I am updating my stars as I accept that some items of any product may have a flaw and that it depends on how the company responds to these issues on whether or not I would purchase from them again. In this case the company stood solidly behind their product and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.]There was a CLUNK in the middle of the night and I awoke to my iPhone laying face down on my nightstand. At first I thought it may have slipped off the magnet but soon realized the magnetic coupler from the charging stand had become unglued. Ouch! I have had this charger only three months and it has already fallen apart!If I could have contacted the seller directly with this problem I would have but that does not seem to be an option.I was enjoying this charger stand and it doesn’t otherwise seem to be a poorly crafted product, but if the glue doesn’t hold under normal/light use then other charger options would be a safer choice.

The magnets perfectly hold everything in place so I can listen to my crime shows as I go to sleep at night and my phone is still upright and safely charging.It’s very easy to use – Works great with not only my phone, but my watch and AirPods as well!I’ve traveled quite a few times with this, and I like that it folds down flat so it doesn’t take up much room in my luggage while not getting damaged. UPDATE: After my review the company reached out and not only replaced the faulty charger but sent me 2 new ones AND they refunded my original purchase. We love our 2 new chargers. This company really cares about it’s customers!PREVIOUS POST:My husband really loved this charger until he didn’t. His phone suddenly fell off the charger in the middle of his sleep because the magnet had come detached from the charger.He really liked his charger and raved about it until this happened! He has owned it for about six months
