Not sure about consistency
I am not sure about the consistency of this brand anymore. Sometimes it’s strong sometimes it’s runny, sometimes thick and super spicy. I don’t know. This one is dark red, thick and super spicy. But it doesn’t seem like the same. It is still very good because I love that I have authentic huy fong. So I use it every time I eat Ramen. I have to. I wont settle for another brand.

There’s a reason this Sriracha has such a cult following—it’s just that good. Perfect balance of heat, garlic, and a hint of sweetness. It goes on everything—eggs, noodles, rice bowls, sandwiches… I’ve even mixed it into mayo for a quick spicy dip.The 28oz bottle is great if you go through it as fast as I do. It lasts a while, and the squeeze bottle makes it easy to control how much you use.Still my go-to after all these years. If you like flavorful heat, this is a pantry essential.
