Had held up pretty well for 3 years.
Bought this 3 years ago, finally reviewing. The metal has rusted in several areas after many seasons outdoors. It’s bent at the screw, and I can no longer disassemble it. The Velcro barely holds. There is a learning curve to recall how to use the holder for the flag corner. It does swing a bit in wind, and I would recommend leaving buried in a mostly permanent spot.However, it’s okay & to be fair, it’s held up pretty well for the cost. The black is faded/washed out, but my home has direct sun for about 12hr a day in summer. I would replace it with the same one.

So far, a solution to keep the flag from unthreading in heavy winds.
This flag holder and flag are NOT for windy/breezy weather as has been noted by others, and I think it is a design issue in that the two spring flag retainers do not keep the flag from working itself off of the frame (the opposite path from the flag follows when it is threaded on to the frame).I tired of partial re-threading each day, so I moved the retaining clip from the dead end by working it backwards through the already threaded flag such that I now have both retaining clips at the theading start end (see far right in the photo) and aligned in the form of a cross which makes the combined diameter just large enough to keep the flag from being worked past the cross from the wind. So far after five days it is working.
