Perfect fit for my lanky, broad-shouldered, 6’7″ husband
My husband is very tall and on the thin side, but with extra wide shoulders. We always have to get him a 4x and it is hard to find 4x shirts that are long and not just super wide. These shirts fit perfect at the shoulders with room to spare but not overly baggy. They are long enough to cover his butt also, which means he has enough room to tuck them in, if he chose. Absolutely will buy these again. They are good quality, soft, not clingy and not too heavy weight, so wearing them under another shirt in the winter is great or alone in the summer.

After returning several t-shirts due to poor fit (and all made from some version of high-performance, moisture-wicking material), I went back to my old standby’s: 100% cotton and thankfully made with a proper fit. They look great and offer exceptional value. To avoid shrinking, I’ll probably just hang them in the shower overnight but it’s a small inconvenience I’m happy to put up with.

The Essential Facts
All I wear is tee shirts. Okay, to be clear, I usually wear pants – shorts to be precise. I’m not a button down kind of guy. I wear tees from morning to night and sometimes all night, so I wear them out pretty fast. So I’m always here buying more, usually six at a time. I can’t see spending fifty bucks for one brand name shirt when I can get Amazon Essentials that are made in the same factories for a fraction of the price. But the pre-selected sixpacks almost always end up with one or even two colors I don’t want.THE ESSENTIAL SECRETDid you know that there are more than just one selection of their store brand shirts? They don’t make the subtle differences exactly clear so I had to filter by several factors to get a side by side comparison and even then sometimes a shirt of a different color or size can be made in an entirely different factory or even country for that matter. I narrowed it down to three listings, all called Essentials and all so similar it takes some effort to see how they are different. Pocket or no pocket? Moisture wicking or not? Slim fit or regular? Things like that. Most selections came in packs of two. And for a reason I will never understand, if I picked one color they were unbelievably inexpensive but another shade could be as much as double the price.THE REALITYSo they all fit me about the same, yes the slim fit was slightly snugger than the regular but not by much. But here’s the thing that they don’t mention anywhere yet it is extremely important- some of the shirts were as much as three inches shorter than some others, or was it the other way around? This can spell the difference between a display of crack or not with some of my jeans.YES NO MAYBEOf the 3 sets of tees I chose, all from different listings of the same brand these were the thinnest fabric and most ordinary looking and feeling not to mention shorter by as much as 3″, hence the lower rating.

Perfect fit for my lanky, broad-shouldered, 6’7″ husband
My husband is very tall and on the thin side, but with extra wide shoulders. We always have to get him a 4x and it is hard to find 4x shirts that are long and not just super wide. These shirts fit perfect at the shoulders with room to spare but not overly baggy. They are long enough to cover his butt also, which means he has enough room to tuck them in, if he chose. Absolutely will buy these again. They are good quality, soft, not clingy and not too heavy weight, so wearing them under another shirt in the winter is great or alone in the summer.

After returning several t-shirts due to poor fit (and all made from some version of high-performance, moisture-wicking material), I went back to my old standby’s: 100% cotton and thankfully made with a proper fit. They look great and offer exceptional value. To avoid shrinking, I’ll probably just hang them in the shower overnight but it’s a small inconvenience I’m happy to put up with.

The Essential Facts
All I wear is tee shirts. Okay, to be clear, I usually wear pants – shorts to be precise. I’m not a button down kind of guy. I wear tees from morning to night and sometimes all night, so I wear them out pretty fast. So I’m always here buying more, usually six at a time. I can’t see spending fifty bucks for one brand name shirt when I can get Amazon Essentials that are made in the same factories for a fraction of the price. But the pre-selected sixpacks almost always end up with one or even two colors I don’t want.THE ESSENTIAL SECRETDid you know that there are more than just one selection of their store brand shirts? They don’t make the subtle differences exactly clear so I had to filter by several factors to get a side by side comparison and even then sometimes a shirt of a different color or size can be made in an entirely different factory or even country for that matter. I narrowed it down to three listings, all called Essentials and all so similar it takes some effort to see how they are different. Pocket or no pocket? Moisture wicking or not? Slim fit or regular? Things like that. Most selections came in packs of two. And for a reason I will never understand, if I picked one color they were unbelievably inexpensive but another shade could be as much as double the price.THE REALITYSo they all fit me about the same, yes the slim fit was slightly snugger than the regular but not by much. But here’s the thing that they don’t mention anywhere yet it is extremely important- some of the shirts were as much as three inches shorter than some others, or was it the other way around? This can spell the difference between a display of crack or not with some of my jeans.YES NO MAYBEOf the 3 sets of tees I chose, all from different listings of the same brand these were the thinnest fabric and most ordinary looking and feeling not to mention shorter by as much as 3″, hence the lower rating.

I narrowed it down to three listings, all called Essentials and all so similar it takes some effort to see how they are different. Pocket or no pocket? Moisture wicking or not? Slim fit or regular? Things like that. Most selections came in packs of two. And for a reason I will never understand, if I picked one color they were unbelievably inexpensive but another shade could be as much as double the price.THE REALITYSo they all fit me about the same, yes the slim fit was slightly snugger than the regular but not by much. But here’s the thing that they don’t mention anywhere yet it is extremely important- some of the shirts were as much as three inches shorter than some others, or was it the other way around? This can spell the difference between a display of crack or not with some of my jeans.YES NO MAYBEOf the 3 sets of tees I chose, all from different listings of the same brand these were the thinnest fabric and most ordinary looking and feeling not to mention shorter by as much as 3″, hence the lower rating.

Perfect fit for my lanky, broad-shouldered, 6’7″ husband
My husband is very tall and on the thin side, but with extra wide shoulders. We always have to get him a 4x and it is hard to find 4x shirts that are long and not just super wide. These shirts fit perfect at the shoulders with room to spare but not overly baggy. They are long enough to cover his butt also, which means he has enough room to tuck them in, if he chose. Absolutely will buy these again. They are good quality, soft, not clingy and not too heavy weight, so wearing them under another shirt in the winter is great or alone in the summer.

Great sturdy basic to add some color to your wardrobe
Very comfortable. Nice and thick material. Has a good stretch that retains its shape. The fit is loose where it needs room in the body without draping and hanging through the neck, shoulders and arms. Will definitely be buying more in other colors. Practical and easy way to add a change to your wardrobe with a few sturdy basics.

Great fit, great value, great shirts
After returning several t-shirts due to poor fit (and all made from some version of high-performance, moisture-wicking material), I went back to my old standby’s: 100% cotton and thankfully made with a proper fit. They look great and offer exceptional value. To avoid shrinking, I’ll probably just hang them in the shower overnight but it’s a small inconvenience I’m happy to put up with.

Perfect Fit and Super Comfortable
I bought these Amazon Basics white tees for my fiancé, and he absolutely loved them! He likes his shirts a little baggy, and these were just right—not too tight, with a relaxed fit that still looks clean. The length is perfect too, which can be hard to find for a bigger guy. They don’t ride up and give him the coverage he likes.The fabric is soft, breathable, and holds up great in the wash. All I wear is tee shirts. Okay, to be clear, I usually wear pants – shorts to be precise. I’m not a button down kind of guy. I wear tees from morning to night and sometimes all night, so I wear them out pretty fast. So I’m always here buying more, usually six at a time.
