    Best Bug Trap

These traps catch all kinds of flying bugs excellently. It’s like the holy grail of bug catchers. The adhesive is super sticky and doesn’t let anything get away. The trap fits perfectly just about everywhere and works amazingly well just about about everywhere there are bugs. I love this trap, it’s made my home much more of a home.

Omg what can I say?! I was so skeptical. This thing WORKS!

I know how helpful pictures are for believability, so I’ll attach one! Don’t judge me, I had no idea what these were for the first couples of weeks. So yes they overran my house for a bit. But that is no longer! We are now free from the clutches of these nasty little 💩’s.I recently moved to Florida, and never in my life had I experienced so many (what I thought were gnats – I’m still unsure what the hell they actually are 😂). For the life of me I couldn’t figure out where the swarms of these pesky little things were coming from. I am originally from up north, where the only things that resemble them that we get are fruit flies. I couldn’t figure out why they were everywhere when none of my fruit was rotten or even remotely bad. Until I did some googling and found out these little demons are called Drain Flies. They live and breed in your drain, lay eggs and come out in SWARMS. I tried every remedy to kill them off. I cleaned my drains, I poured all kinds of chemicals down there. I googled every which way to kill their eggs, catch them. Tried the whole apple cider vinegar, water and soap trick. Where the apple cider vinegar is supposed to attract them, and the surface tension of the soap is supposed to get them stuck and they sink into the water below….noooope! Nothing worked. I’d still see them flying all over the place in my peripheral vision, and to top it off I now had a nasty little vinegar cup hidden in my corner smelling like dooky. I, like every other rational person, ran to Amazon for a solution. And I found LOTS of them. My first go to was going to be that light and fan thing, where the light attracts them and the fan supposedly sucks them in to their demise. I really didn’t care which one I purchased, as long as it worked. I saw the reviews and pictures of this one and figured I’d give it a go, and if this one didn’t work, I’d try the other one I mentioned.Day 1, the first few hours, it caught absolutely nothing. And I thought “greaaat. This thing isn’t going to catch anything and I’m gong to have to deal with this pests for another few days while I wait on another order”Day 2. I woke up, not expecting to find anything, and lo and behold, there were 10-15 flies on it. My prayers had been answered!Day 3. Not going to lie, I forgot I had it plugged inDay 4. I checked again, and this is what I found. The picture attached. Absolutely gross 🤢. Don’t ask, I have no idea how all these nasty little creatures lived in my sink without my knowledge. I must just be that blissfully unaware. I thought I only had a few…clearly I was wrongI’m on like Day 10 now. I waited awhile because I wanted to make sure it continued to work before posting this review. I haven’t seen another fly / gnat besides in the trap, since Day 4, nearly a week ago. Not one. However, the trap is still lit up, and still as sticky as it was on day 1.There is a faint blue glow, it’s a pretty pleasant. It’s just like a night light. It makes 0 noise whatsoever. It’s SO easy to remove and replace the sticky pad. You pull the stick piece up out of the part that attaches into the wall, and slide a new one in. So simple, yet so effective. If you’ve had these nasty little critters flying around your home for far too long now, try it. You won’t regret it. If it doesn’t work in the first spot you put it, move it around. These things supposedly come out of the drains, yet for some reason it catches far more in my bedroom outside the bathroom. So find what works for you. Also, it turns sideways if need be. So if you have a sideways plug, you can still plug it in and swivel it so it’s face up!I hope this review helps some of you choose this, and rid your life of these nasty little buggers!!

    Just buy it!

These work sooo well. I was skeptical, I didn’t think there was anything that would help our midge infestation. This trap did!! I love that there are no harsh chemicals or smells, and the cartridges are definitely sticky enough to actually catch the bugs. I kind of figured it would just work for house flies, but it catches all sorts of bugs. I like that it’s a sleek style as well, not something that sticks out or stands out too much. Really couldn’t have been easier to install, and I love that the refills are affordable. I want to buy more for every room 😆 these things are awesome and I’d recommend them to anyone.

It is effective! Great used by doors at night!

It works really well! This was my second time purchasing this item because I wanted another one at my other door. It traps well when coming in at night to keep the bugs from getting further into my home. The refills cost a little more than I like to spend but the product works well for me to justify spending a little more on the refills for it. It was easy to set up, has a good light on it, and does not make any noise when plugged in that would be considered “too loud” for me personally.

Well worth the money – it is GREAT

This is a great product. It is such a pleasure to enter my kitchen or bathroom and not see fruit flies everywhere. No flies on edges of cabinets or flying in your face when you turn on the light. I was amazed as to how fast it worked. I had tried the vinegar dish (sort of works) and fly traps but this works instantly. I hope the cartridges last for a while but I am sure I will buy more to keep my home fly free.

Zevo Flying Insect Trap & 3 Refill Cartridges:

I recently tried the Zevo Flying Insect Trap and overall I’m impressed. Setup was super easy—just plug it in and insert the cartridge, and it starts working right away. The design is sleek and doesn’t take up much space, which makes it perfect for kitchens or living rooms without looking out of place. In terms of performance, it definitely works for gnats, fruit flies, and small house flies. I noticed a big reduction after a couple of days, especially around my trash bin and near indoor plants. The light is subtle and not too bright at night, so it doesn’t disturb sleep if you keep it in a bedroom. The refill cartridges last about 15–20 days depending on how many insects are around. They’re a little pricey if you need to replace them often, but the convenience and cleanliness make it worth it.Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re dealing with indoor flying pests and want a low-maintenance, non-toxic solution.

    Works for me!

I had tiny gnats flying around my new apartment and no matter how many I killed, they would just keep coming back. I ordered this because I wanted to try and avoid an infestation.Super easy to use since I just had to peel off the adhesive covering and plug it in. I live in a studio apartment too so I can see the light no matter where it is, but the blue light is not intrusive at all and looks great. It works well because after one day of use, there were no longer any bugs flying around. I was only dealing with one type of insect so I’m unsure of how it holds up with different types.

    Simple and effective

The device isn’t a magic wand, but it does work. You just need patience to see results. Place it in an area without drafts, keep it running overnight, and make sure it’s accessible to the bugs you’re trying to get rid of. My only issue is the price, $19, I paid. Hence the four star.

    Environment matters

It’s 5 Stars for those with a focus on common flying insects like mosquitos and gnats. Four Stars for us. This trap catches moths and tiny bugs but it isn’t effective in keeping the flying ant population down in our house. We bought this initially to catch a colony of minuscule size flying black bugs that invaded our kitchen island. They resembled teeny ants, moving quickly and had the ability to fly. The Zevo trap seemed to do a great job trapping these tiny pests for the first couple nights. Though we no longer have a problem with those particular insects, the ultraviolet light did a great job luring all other bugs large and small.Problem is, we ended up with more flyers of all types coming through our screens and door entrances (we plugged this device into a wall in the kitchen away from doors and the nearby window, as suggested in the directions). The trap is an invitation for any and every flying bug attracted by the UV light from any angle or window in our house. A few flying ants will just land nearby and never take the leap into the trap.We have now removed the trap and so far we are doing ok to keep bugs in flight from overpopulating our kitchen and house. Bottom line, we were impressed the first few days using this plugin trap because it caught a ton of pesky flyers tiny and large. We now know why there were so many, as I’ve explained in this review. It seems to be very good at snagging gnats and moths and even mosquitos for most people, we’ve read the 5 star reviews. This all may sound confusing, do we like it or do we not like it? It isn’t what we need because of our flying ant infestation at certain times of the year. Our environment requires maintenance outside and inside but at a more widely applied effort. Non toxic is preferred, and we will most likely resort to another approach to keep things in check. We understand the 5 star ratings. But our needs point to a tougher approach in the battle to eradicate pests.

    Sewer flies

I had a sewer back up and suddenly the small little moths started showing up all over the house. In my basement, I was able to isolate the area from where it was coming from and I waged war and won the battle with this insect trap. Within 24 hours the first one was full and another 24 hours the next one was full. I used this product in conjunction with a zapper and with both I am currently fly/moth free. I highly recommend this product. The flies were instantly attracted to it. I couldn’t believe the amount of insects that was trapped on it. I wish I took a picture because there was no spot on the trap that was not covered with a bug, but it was too gross and I threw it out. The current photo is the third trap set up.I suggest you find the place where they’re coming from and place the trap there for the best results.
