Descale Disaster
For a $140.00 coffee maker, this is unacceptable. We bought this in May 2025. It’s Oct 4 2025 and the DESCALE light came on, and will NOT clear. We used only filtered water. There is just 2 of us using it. We have spent 3 hours trying to DESCALE. Used a gallon of vinegar AND the Keurig solution, and it will not come back. Once the descale light is on, it will NOT accept a Keurig pod and make coffee until the light goes away. Unacceptable

Great coffee comes out! That’s all you need to know! :-)))
Two days in with this coffee maker. BIG difference between the cheap little off-brand we struggled with for 2 months (Off-brand coffee tasted like bad tea. We fiddled with various options: multiple pod flavors, milk, oat milk, half milk-oat combo, strong, regular, 8 oz vs 10 oz-nothing made it taste like real/good coffee). Unfortunately, the return window had closed a couple of weeks before on the off-brand one, and we decided to just go back to Keurig and tried the multi-stream option. The coffee is rich and bold, nice and hot, almost feels like that green logo coffee shop (which we do love) but at home and cheaper 😉 It’s very easy to set up and use. The water reservoir is quite large capacity. It doesn’t take up much more space that the old, reject one and we love that there’s a light that comes on for low water level AND when it need descaling! So far, so good with this one.

Saddened
It worked great but after 14 months it literally just stopped. No warning, no lights would come on just completely dead. I even moved to a different outlet, NOTHING. It made 4 to 5 cups daily. I feel it should have lasted longer. Not sure if I will purchase another Keurig or not. This seems to be a problem with that brand. This was my 1st Keurig. I had read reviews before I bought it and this was the problem people were talking about.

Deep, Rich, HOT Coffee Can Be Yours!
I’ve had multiple Keurig coffee makers. One of my favs was the Keurig cafe with the attached frother. I’ve put it away for awhile because I wanted to try the multistream technology on this one. I like strong coffee and felt the Strong button along WITH the multistream feature would bump up the strength of the coffee quite a bit. I was right! Coffee from this little machine is deep & rich. The one thing I was skeptical of is the temperature. I like my coffee really hot and sometimes Keurig machines fall short in this department. This machine delivers good, HOT coffee and in a steel thermal mug it stays that way for a good while. The other feature that I LOVE is that the carafe is movable from the left side to the back of the machine. It’s very easy to do, too! Moving the carafe from the side to the back of the machine makes for a slimmer coffee maker without too much more real estate taken up from front to back. It also places the handle on the right side of the carafe which is perfect for a right-handed person. I bought new My K-cup vessels with 4 holes on top that match the 4 needles for multistream so I can use my own coffee from an independent roaster that I use. Wonderful! I do wish the carafe was glass. That’s the only downfall that I see. I’m trying to get as many microplastics out of my diet as possible. My water filter pitcher filters them out and then my water sits in a plastic carafe. I’m going to call Keurig and see if they have a glass carafe that fits this machine. FYI, this seller sent a new machine and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition with Prime free shipping. The QR code on the back was not crossed out (as others suggested) and works for the discount with Keurig.com as stated. Great machine, good seller. Can’t go wrong!

Great unit – compact, flexible options and quick to brew.
This is a nice unit, and I have been using daily for about 2 weeks. I like that it offers several cup sizes and an ‘over ice’ option. It fits neatly under my kitchen cabinets (my cabinets are 18″ above the counter). I wish it had a longer electrical cord, but short cords seem to be typical for kitchen appliances these days. It has been years since I last bought a Keurig, so here a few things that I noticed. I like that the power comes once the lid is lifted to insert a pod. It’s a small thing, but it’s one less button to press while prepping a cup of coffee. The water container is nicely shaped and easy to remove refill and place on the tray. Previous models where cumbersome to lift off the unit to refill. I also notice that it brews immediately whereas my older units took a few minutes to heat up before brewing a cup of coffee. Also different is that the pod gets five punctures in the top of the pod. I guess this is better for allowing a smooth quick brew. However, I have also noticed that there are some coffee grounds that get into the mug during the brewing process. This could be a result of the extra holes in the pod, but that’s just my guess. It certainly is not a “show stopper”Overall – this is a GREAT unit.

Great Improvement from the Original Model!
My original Keurig that I’ve had for many years stopped working. I ordered this and got it right away, and I absolutely love the color first of all it matches my kitchen. It’s a lot easier to use in the original one and I like the fact that the water reservoir holds a lot. I’m able to make different size coffees depending on my mood. Usually, I like the 12 ounce but sometimes I like a stronger cup.The coffee maker is relatively easy to clean. I’m going to make sure I do the scaling process as I think that’s what ruined my last Keurig. I didn’t do it very often…This new version also heats up and starts working a lot quicker than the older model. Very happy with this purchase, especially since I got it on prime day!

The new multi-stream makes a good smooth cup
Keurig® K-Supreme Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, MultiStream Technology, GrayThe coffee maker comes packaged in a retail box, exactly as you’d see on the shelf in the store. There are photos on the outside and basic specifications listed. Opening the box, right on top. You have what appears to be an instruction booklet, a filter assembly, and a coffee filter. The coffee maker is cushioned well using recyclable pulp-style cardboard packing. The coffee maker itself is further. Cushioned by a large foam bag. The removable pieces of the coffee maker are taped with that removable appliance tape we’re all familiar with. One feature of the coffee maker that I hadn’t realized from the pictures in the ad, the water reservoir has a large handle molded into it, to make it easier to pick up and move when you’re refilling it. The lid over the pod section is very different from their earlier machines, it has five prongs that protrude out from the upper gasket, what looks like an oversized piercing needle, and four locator/ spacer prongs. The pod holder does pop out for cleaning or using a bulk coffee adapter, but it is pretty stiff to remove. It has a locator notch and three little snaps around the circumference to lock it in place. When setting up the coffee maker, after washing the reservoir, you’ll have to soak the carbon filter assembly before putting it into the filter holder. The filter holder is a little different from what I’ve seen in the past, this one is completely clear plastic and has a snap arrangement at the bottom for the filter. You have to press both sides at once to get the filter holder out, which isn’t evident at first. If you look closely at the two sides you’ll see where you are supposed to press. There is a paper insert in the same plastic bag that holds the filter assembly, giving you step-by-step instructions and some helpful pictures.Looking at the packet with the instruction booklet, they note in several places that this is a new design that can use standard pods, but if you wish to use bulk coffee, you’ll need a new adapter as the bulk coffee K-cup adapter is different from the old style. They have an explicit warning stating that you must use the new style adapter with the machine, and that the older style is not compatible. After cleaning and soaking the carbon pod for the water filtering, you’ll have to make certain that you rinse it thoroughly, as there is indeed some charcoal dust that will come out of the filter. After you have put it into the new style holder, the holder has a snap-in locking mount at the bottom of the water tank. It takes a little bit of fiddling about, but once you have it in the right position it will click and snap into place. The new instructions for this machine recommend what they call a cleansing brew before trying to make coffee in it. When you first plug it in, all four cup sizes will blink. They recommend choosing the 8 oz button and then pressing the brew to start a cleansing brew to clean the machine. They note that you only have to do this one time, but I would recommend doing this after making hot chocolate or similar powdered non-coffee brews, as if the chocolate dries in the needles it can clog things up. Up.Also included in the instruction pack is a notation that you can save 50% off of K-cups from Keurig.com if you register your new coffee maker, and they also include printed grocery coupons for money off of pods and the descaling liquid they recommend.Making coffee with this machine is a similar procedure to the ones they’ve had in the past. The difference is what the machine does to the pod. Those five little protrusions under the lid all poke into the top of the pod, so you’re used. Pod has a pattern of holes on the top in it like a five on a die. The bottom of the pod still has one hole, like we’ve seen in the past. I can only presume that those five holes are all pushing steam and hot water into the pod to process the coffee better. Personally, I can’t see where it changes the taste of the coffee much, it tastes like it always does. Hot, smooth, and full.Being naturally curious, I had to pick open the cover on the used pod. To me, it seems like the used pods’ grounds are dryer than some of the old ones. I think this is where the five holes in the top come in. The machine has forced the water (As steam?) through the pod harder and faster to thoroughly brew the coffee.

Not the Keurig of years past?
This replaces on older model that we’ve had for probably had for 20 years, which had become unreliable but still worked. This new one appears to be entirely made of plastic and weighs nothing. Mind you it looks nice, but rocks and doesn’t sit flat. There are 2 rubber feet on the bottom, why not 4? When you put in a pod the silver lever doesn’t latch closed. It only latches closed without a pod. It does brew coffee well but the quality of the machine appears very cheap, not what I had come to expect from my old friend Keurig. I would have been happier paying $50 versus $110 (retail of $190 you’ve got to be kidding). Only time will tell but I suspect this one will not last. I’m only giving it a 3 star rating because the brewing works well, otherwise it would be a 2 star. That’s why I’m keeping my only machine, that while a bit unreliable, it can be put back into service if needed. I seldom have written negative reviews, this makes me unhappy as I just expected better quality from Keurig. Oh, just for the record, while we had our old one for many years we had purchased 3 others as gifts because the quality was so good; is that the Keurig business model of old? Time will tell.

A major improvement in Keurig technology.
I’ve been a loyal Keurig user since before they came out with models for home use, having discovered them at a business that had commercial models. My wife likes flavored coffee, and I don’t so every time she brewed a flavored coffee, the next pot of unflavored always had a bit of the flavor I disliked. K-Cups were my savior!Earlier models seem to break down for various reasons. This issues seemed to be resolved eventually. My last model lasted a long time, but finally started becoming erratic, being different sizes of cups. So, I waited until Prime Deal Days and ordered this model. I had no idea what “Multistream Technology” meant. The first one I received had an issue with the “Add Water” light staying on. I thought I had a pump issue or water blockage because the water was not going into the tank that I didn’t know was no longer there. I thought it might be something I did wrong, by moving the reservoir to the rear location, and maybe Keurig could talk me through fixing it over the telephone. That wasn’t the case. They agreed to send me a replacement reservoir, but after thinking about it and testing the valve at the bottom and getting water to drip out of it, I went through Amazon and had a replacement brewer sent. The new one worked fine, and that’s when I discovered the new way it operates. This is a new way of brewing for Keurig. The older models contained a water tank that heats the water. This model draws the water from the reservoir and heats it on the way to the K-Cup. It’s much quieter, and it should save on electricity. That must be what “MultiStream Technology” is all about.

This is a nice coffee pot for every day use
I am not a coffee aficionado. I do like a good cup of coffee but won’t get wrapped around the axle if it isn’t perfect. This coffee pot is perfect for my needs. It gives me an option for different ounces, gives me an option if I want the coffee stronger, and I can also use it for tea. Just lift the lid and put it back down and press start. Wa-la hot water for my tea. – and I really like the receptacle for water. My old coffee pot I had to refill it each time and after a while became a pain. The water receptacle also has a filter (and yes you have to buy replacements – but they aren’t expensive and you don’t have to replace them until after about 40 gallons of water (that is a lot)). – and it doesn’t take up a lot of space on my counter.
