I don’t normally write reviews, however I can’t not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks.But first, In review of the product itself, which is the ‘Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand’. This is my first ‘frother’ purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA – not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This ‘Executive’ one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.)I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn’t start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer ‘Service’ with other companies, I didn’t really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive.My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours!I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item.Enjoy!

I bought this to help mix up nutritional chocolate milk powder for my son and instant espressos for myself and, whoa! Hold on to your hat, or your frother! It’s pretty powerful for such a small thing. Mixes up things in a flash and if you keep going, it’ll create a great froth that’s smooth and fluffy. Great little gadget to have in your kitchen at a great price! Super easy to clean too, which is always a plus for me!

This is my 3rd frother. Let me begin by saying it does stop working but I believe it is my young children attempting to make chocolate milk and sticking the whole thing down in milk. It’s a great frother otherwise. I love the stand it comes with. It looks sleek on the counter and the batteries almost never have to be replaced. Highly recommend!

Update:I reached out to Zulay and they have great customer service. They offered me 2 replacement frothers and they were so kind in all of their communication. Thank you!!!Original post:Back in October and December 2024, I purchased one of your coffee frothers on Amazon and was very pleased with its performance. I liked it so much that I bought a second one shortly after. Unfortunately, both frothers are no longer working as expected. One has stopped working completely, while the other still powers on but the performance is weak, and we have to replace the batteries frequently to keep it running. Emailed support and got no response. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time and money.

Oh my goodness, this brother is amazing! Even without milk in my coffee (just cold brew concentrate, hot water and sugar) I got a beautiful foam that lasted about ten minutes. Made drinking my coffee so much more fun. I’ve only had the single disc Zulay brothers before. I have tried so many, including the Rosle really expensive ones (two of them! Hit the dust in a month. No customer service). But Zulay is one of those rare companies I sometimes run into on Amazon who actually have impeccable, rapid and easy to reach customer service. I had a frother that stopped working two years ago and I reached out and the immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. And last week, when that one stopped working, they answered right away on a weekend and sent me a replacement. A real person! Made me want to cruise through all their other products on their Amazon page. This triple one seems new to me and now I don’t see how I can live without it. They really honor their lifetime guarantee. So easy to screenshot my original order and send it to them in my email, plus my shipping address. When they’re as old as mine was, they did ask for a 4-6$ shipping fee, but then they threw in another one as a gift! The main message here: it works great and I love it and I love the company.
