Calming toy that definitely helps at bedtime!
I initially bought this as its cute and I was interested in the functionality and how it would help my baby sleep/wind down at night.Once I received it, I appreciated the quality and soft feel. There are no sharp edges or loose parts that I was worried about when handing this to my child. It has a bit of weight to it, but it is still easy to hold, and cuddle with.Regarding functionality, my baby has warmed up to it. It doesn’t put her to sleep instantly or anything, but it has definitely become part of our bag of tricks for bedtime haha. The sound quality is great, it is just the right volume and clear so it can blend into the background without becoming annoying. There’s also a soft glow that is coordinated with the toys breathing motion.Finally, it is easily washable. This is a huge plus as things fall on the floor, get hit with sweet potato or catch drool too easily. Really happy with this toy and happy to continue using it!

Recommend for older infants, not newborns
Bought for my new grandson. I haven’t taken it out of the packaging since I’ll be wrapping it as a gift, but I’m kinda confused about what it’s supposed to do. It’s labeled as a newborn item but I don’t understand it’s used for a baby of that age. I think it would be enjoyed by an older infant and it’s a nice toy. It’s soft and cute, good quality, and I think even young toddlers may like it as a nighttime companion.

Super soft and adorable, relaxing for baby.
My daughter is going to be so excited when I hand over this Soothe ‘n Snuggle Purple Monkey Plush Toy from Fisher-Price. Her newest has been having a hard time settling, and I think that this plush toy might be just the thing she needs. Everything on the toy is very soft and cuddly, and I love all the different textures, from the silky fabric on the ears to the purple plush fabric that covers most of it. And not only does it feel nice, the serene expression on the monkey’s face is so charming and peaceful, I’m sure the baby will enjoy just looking at it.The control panel is on the back of the toy and easy to access. From this panel, you can set it to play music or soothing sounds for 30 minutes. It can also be set to breathe for 10 minutes, and it can function as a night light for fifteen minutes. There is even a volume button and by pressing both the +/- controls togetherIt can basically be turned off.It is a beautiful and calming toy that can last for years because it can actually be washed! I was very excited to see that the electronics can be removed and this plush toy can go in the washing machine, which is brilliant! I love this little monkey, and i’m sure my newest granddaughter is going to be smitten as well. Currently this soothing monkey is selling for $42.99, and for all the functions that it has plus how charming it is,I do believe that the price is justified.

Super cute, soft and fluffy, plays cute songs and plays them a nice long time which is good. Both my infant and 4 year old love it so i would say it was a great success.

Super sweet bedtime buddy
Lovely quality Fisher-Price plush Purple Monkey sound machine for baby. This guy is absolutely the sweetest thing. Super soft, and he’s a good size- bigger than expected. The belly breathing movement with glowing feature is neat, and the lullabies are calming and soothing. Nice that it plays for a full half hour. Helps both baby and mom fall asleep peacefully!

Absolutely Precious and Soothing!
This little purple monkey has quickly become a bedtime favorite! The gentle breathing motion and soft lights are incredibly calming — they really help soothe my baby during naps and bedtime. I love that it plays music, white noise, and even has volume control so I can adjust it just right.It’s also super plush and cuddly, which makes it perfect for snuggling. The fact that it’s machine washable (once the electronics are removed) is a huge plus for busy parents. You can tell it was designed with babies — and parents — in mind.Highly recommend for any new parent looking for something both adorable and functional to help calm their little one.

Cute little sound machine
This has a lot of different settings which is nice. The little nightlight and breathing are my favorite. The battery life isn’t bad and it does have an auto shut off which helps. It’s cute and I think this is nice to help give baby some independence. My 8 year autistic old son has also taken a liking to this as well. It has helped with him to regulate his stimming. But it’s lightweight and made well. Price tag is high but overall a cute little gift.
