    Honest review

I love to try new beauty products and I buy cheap and luxury, full range. I have been using this product for some time now and wanted to write an honest review.I began using this product as a day and night cream, so 2X a day. It comes with an applicator brush which I absolutely love and still use every day. What I did find is that due to its jelly nature, it is sticky. A lot of reviews will complain about it being sticky and it does take some getting use to and I think the stickiness is what provides the hydrating glow. After a few days of daytime wear and the sticky texture, I felt this should be a night time cream only. At night I didn’t mind the texture and it had time to dry while I slept; when I woke up, my skin was amazing. The way the cream dries is that of Clinique’s 100hr moisturizer, clean and smooth. I notice it evens out my skin which can sometimes be red/blushed in the cheeks as I am pretty fair skinned. I also keep the jar in the refrigerator and the coldness of the jelly is super refreshing. There is a scent, but it is light and pleasant. I think they could do without the scent, which is one reason Clinique is my top brand because they are fragrant free. It’s just not necessary.5 stars because this is a great cream and shows skin improvement. I am interested in trying other Medicube products and will definitely be looking into them.

    Best skincare line!

This Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream instantly gives my skin that coveted “glass skin” glow. The bouncy gel texture melts right in, leaving my skin hydrated, plump, and super smooth without feeling heavy or sticky. It’s packed with collagen, niacinamide, and squalane, and I noticed a real difference in the firmness and brightness of my skin after just a few uses. My skin feels bouncier and more radiant, and it stays hydrated all day. What I love:Lightweight but deeply hydratingMakes my skin feel firmer and more elasticLeaves a dewy, healthy-looking glowFragrance-free and great for sensitive skinIf you’re looking for a collagen boost and all-day hydration, this cream delivers. I use it morning and night, and it layers beautifully under makeup. Already repurchased—can’t get enough!

    Excellent product

Absolutely delighted with my recent acquisition of Medicube! The jelly cream with niacinamide and hydrolyzed and freeze-dried collagen has exceeded my expectations. The texture is light and absorbs quickly, leaving the skin hydrated and soft instantly. Since I used it, I have noticed a marked improvement in the luminosity and firmness of my face. In addition, niacinamide has helped minimize the appearance of pores and unify skin tone. Collagen, meanwhile, provides a filler effect that decreases fine lines. I recommend this product to anyone looking for effective hydration and more radiant skin. It is an excellent investment for daily skincare.

    Will buy again

This is a great product. I like that it moisturizes my skin and also makes it feel tightened. It’s a little sticky at first, but dries fairly quickly. It gives my skin a nice little glow in the morning when I wake. The scent is pleasant.

    Highly recommend it !

I’ve really enjoy using the Medicube Gel Cream and plan to repurchase it. It has a very light, pleasant scent. The texture feels great going on the skin, and although it takes a few minutes to fully absorb, it’s definitely worth the wait. The first time I used it, my face felt a bit too tight and uncomfortable. But the next time, I made sure to properly moisturize beforehand, and the results were fantastic. It gives a noticeable tightening effect and leaves my skin looking refreshed and smooth.I also love that it comes with a little applicator tool, which makes it feel more hygienic and luxurious. There’s a generous amount of product for the price, and I’ve noticed it genuinely helps reduce the appearance of fine lines.Overall, this gel cream has become a great addition to my skincare routine.

Obsessed with this (& medicube as a whole)

Look, I’m not a big “topical collagen” girly. Its not been proven to do what its advertised to do, so I’ve stayed away from it. But…. I adore Medicube. Everything ive tried from them I’ve loved, and this moisturizer is a cult favorite. So when I ordered one of their devices, I added this to the order. And boyeeeeee I’m glad I did. Theres actually a lot of really nice ingredients in this. Niacinamide being one of them btw. The collagen in here, while not proven to be super anti aging,it does create a “wrap” around your skin at night, so when you wake up, your skin is actually glowing. The jelly texture is thick and has an almost oily base to it? So the formula is actively hydrating, protecting, and creating an occlusive layer over your other nightly skincare. Using this with their booster pro device has been making such a difference in my tired, dried out skin. Im so surprised about how much I love this tbh. Its one of the best affordable moisturizers on the market, and right now its my favorite

Be careful, I got tons of tiny bumps/clogged pores and big pimps.

At first I thought this worked great, I used it 3 times. First week I used it once, 2nd time I only used it once in that week as well, then recently I used it twice during one week. This time my cheeks and chin broke out. Lots of tiny bumps like clogged pores, and a few big pimples. I haven’t had a big pimple in months since I started using a prescription cleanser. I’m pretty sure it’s this gel mask. Not sure if I’m having a reaction (it’s not itchy), it’s hard to see the bumps but I can totally feel them with my hands, and I have a few good pimples. One thing I noticed was different this time I used it, I was still doing things around the house and cooking, so maybe I was sweating a little and that caused my pores to clog? I’m really not sure, but there’s a few other comments in here that say they got tiny bumps and big pimples too so maybe it’s just my skin not liking this mask. I will not be trying this again.

    Worth the dry time

This is a very nice product. That said, the reviews are accurate. It IS sticky- but- it dries down and really gets absorbed in skin. The bigger issue is the wait for the absorb. You need to give it time before bed and if you use in am before you apply makeup. The result is def plump, firm, smooth skin in morning. The jar is huge- so great value for the money! It will last a long time!

    48 hrs and counting…

I’ll update in a month re overall results… But this is 48 hrs into using this…Like some have said, I have a breakout. That said, I have weird skin in general, so it could be just that it’s a new product. I also have controlled mild rosácea… So it’s not a regular breakout it for me… It’s more of a rosácea reaction. But it’s not bad, and it’s already starting to clear up.It is a bit sticky on your skin. They say to use a “quarter” sized amount… I would never use that much of this… Really don’t need to that I can see. If I make sure to massage it in well, the stickiness is greatly diminished… So make sure you give your face a good facial massage…I apply this after I apply my hydration serum and my peptides serum…I used it as a conductor gel for my light thingamajigger… That worked with no issues… Note: it does not stay slippery, and will become sticky as you’re working it in, so at those times, you might want to use a little more and work a little faster if you’re using a wand type of light system. If you’re using a mask style, you’re good with whatever amount you would normally use.A trick I was told about years ago was to not necessarily wash your face in the morning, if you wash it the night before as it can dry your skin out. I’m older and still have combo skin… I find that splashing my face with cool water in the mornings does two things… It wakes my face up… And it reactivates whatever is still sitting on my skin, so I massage my face again and I’m good. It works with this product as well. I personally don’t need to apply twice a day, only at night. Any residual sickness is also gone.Overall, not a bad product, so far. Gave it four stars, although I’m still considering three….. Not a fan of the stickiness, as it’s another thing to have to manage… Don’t understand what makes it sticky… And don’t know what they’re talking about giving you a “glass skin” look….. I don’t need, or want my face looking like “glass”… If it’s just a translation thing for “smooth” then I’m all for that. But I don’t see how sticky gets ya there, because my skin doesn’t feel smooth with it on. It actually reminds me more of a makeup primer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Get this and you won’t need much else tbh

I originally bought this to use with my solawave red light therapy. Wow. Just wow. Worth the hype!!! Sometimes I use it as a stand alone product without even using my red light wand and a little goes a long way. I’m not sure what the shelf life on it once it’s opened is, but I still have PLENTY left so I hope it doesn’t expire anytime soon 😂 totally worth the price. My skin feels smoother, plump and very hydrated. In the winter I tend to follow up with a skin oil to really lock in the moisture and ppl always ask me what I do with my skin to keep it so glowy even in the winter. I will admit it’s mostly genes lol! But also I can fairly say this product gives you so much bang for your buck! I’ve been trying to be more of a minimalist with my skin care routine and cutting back on steps. I’m a tired mom of 2 and sometimes I just want to wash my face and get in bed. So lately I’ve kept it to face wash, toner, eye cream and this gel. My skin is also breakout prone and this has helped with acne scars and plumping up the fine lines that are starting to form now that I am in my late 30s. The picture I included is a picture of me after a long day at the beach! I put on a tiny bit after my shower because the gel has such a soothing feeling on my skin.
