The coffee is so good!
In comparison to a Keurig, this thing kills the competition with quality. It’s even comparable to actual coffee shop coffee; almost as good. I’m not saving money using this because I wouldn’t go to a coffee shop that often, but it means I have excellent quality whenever I want it.I was trying to drink less coffee/espresso and enjoy it more – this is the perfect tool to achieve that goal. It doesn’t hold much water but it doesn’t need to. It’s easy to use and though it’s only been a day it’s worked perfectly. My espresso didn’t seem very hot, maybe I should use an espresso mug to keep the temperature stable.It’s expensive but I think worth the price if you want high quality coffee drinks.

Great for straight coffee, no foamed milk!
Great machine! I have had several Nespresso machine, from $200 to $600. This was $118, with a some capsules, and since I drink coffee and not latte this machine is much quieter, less expensive, and makes smoother, tastier coffee than any other model I’ve tried. It’s also smaller and lighter (so can take on vacation), it locks automatically and looks cooler.

The Perfect Replacement for Pricey Coffee Shops
Oh my gosh, we love this thing. It has ruined me on coffee forever. We first had coffee from this unit in a hotel and I’ve wanted one every since. The sale price made it absolutely attainable for us. The coffee pods are pricey, so we have to budget carefully and not be excessive drinkers, but now I can’t drink any other type of coffee without feeling like a snob. The coffee temperature is perfect, the build durable and easy to clean, and I was pleased to see that even my favorite rounded coffee mug still caught the stream (the curved design had me worried). We are so glad we made the investment! It’s saved us a ton of cash by not going out for coffee!

Must have with a newborn
Loveee! So easy to use, you have so many pods to choose from so you can always find something you will like. Easy to clean and gives a great espresso shot.Must have with a newborn lol

Good coffee at last
I bought this to replace a Vertuo Pop+ that I was giving me issues with spilling grounds in my cups and not puncturing the pods well enough. This VertuoPlus fixes all the problems I was having plus some.The semi-automatic opening and closing of the VertuoPlus is a big improvement over the manual opening, closing and latching of the Pop+, and I’ve had no problems with pods not seated well within the unit. After 3 weeks of use, I’ve also had no problems with nasty grounds at the bottom of my cup. And the lid on the reservoir of the VertuoPlus is actually tight enough to seal it closed, rather than just sitting on top of the reservoir like it did on the Pop+.I’ve also noticed that coffee actually tastes better from the VertuoPlus. I tried a sampler pack of flavored coffees that I could barely tell apart when brewed in the Pop+. In the VertuoPlus, the flavors are more noticeable and distinct.I only have two minor quibbles with the VertuoPlus: the spout drips a bit more when it’s done brewing than the Pop+ did, and the vibration of the unit causes cups to gradually slide away from the unit when resting on the attached platform. I’ve never had a cup fall off the platform but it’s a little unnerving watching the cup creep closer to the edge.The VertuoPlus is still a great unit and worth the extra price over the Pop+.

Great machine! Only the froth on top of your cup is diminished compared to the older model I had before. Still a great cup of coffee. The keurig is no comparison to the coffee that is made in these machines. The pods are a little bit more expensive but well worth it.

pay attention to what each color pods tastes like for 1st order
this had to have been designed by a woman! the details of how you want it to work is amazing. even the box it came in was so easy to open. I also love that they send you a bid envelope to return the pods for recycling!I DID have a hard time with my first order. the pods have coffee names instead of what the taste is. I wanted a French vanilla medium roast but no idea what color it is!
