Good fountain at a reasonable price.
We’ve had this for almost a year, we have one with a stainless steel top. Cats love it, obviously, but that says very little about the quality of design.It takes almost no brain cells to assemble, but again, says little about the design.After a year running constantly, the pump is very quiet. This is more helpful than you’d think, because when it gets a tiny bit louder, you know it’s time to refill the water. Yes, the internal light can help monitor, but we leave it off because it’s fairly bright at night.What I really like about it, though, is the cleanliness. I clean it with soap and water and change both filters once a month. The black filter always collects a good quantity of cat fur, but the water stays crystal clear between cleanings. This is due IMO to the stainless steel top and to the quality design.Negatives are quite minor. One of our cats makes a mess when he drinks, spilling water outside the fountain. To deal with this we’ve set the fountain in a tray, not directly on the floor. The fountain itself does not leak. I also attached some rubberized feet to the bottom.Overall, a well thought out cat water fountain.

3 MONTHS AND DEAD – BUT THERE IS A HAPPY ENDING IN MY UPDATE
UPDATE 8/1/2025 my husband pulled the outer casing off and the fan wouldn’t turn, he sprayed it with canned air and all is working again.BUT PLEASE NOTE: The company did reach out to us to tell us that it has a 2 yr warranty and gave us some hints to try get it running. I will save their info in the event it stops working again. Other than that. it is a great little feeder.I WILL SAY….. if I was to buy another, it would be a stainless steel one. We have hard water here and it has stained and scared the unit. So now we buy the dogs bottled spring water for this unit.Bought it April 22, 2025, today is July 26, 2025 and the pump has quit. Does nothing, no matter what I plug it into. I had it always plugged into a battery pack as there is no outlet near where it is. Worked great, have 2 battery packs and would swap them out. Stopped running today. Thought pack was dead, nothing from other pack either. So picked it up, took to sink…looked inside, was still clean. Filter was fine…. plugged it into the wall and NOTHING. IT IS DEAD. 3 months is all it gave.

Excellent product, careful on color
The fountain is amazing and this is the second time we bought this fountain for our 3 cats. It’s quiet, and the fur babies love it and sometimes even dip their paws in it to play or clean themselves. With that being said I’d recommend a small waterproof mat for under it if you have curious kitties also. The only downside is the second purchase we bought the black fountain and even with the blue light on the inside, it’s hard to tell the water level initially. For the first week I had the light on and was shining a flashlight on it to make sure I wasn’t over filling or under filling. When the water gets about half way low the fountain starts to get a bit louder so you know it needs a refill or filter change and cleaning based off the noise of the water, I doubt this was an intended design, but it’s an amazingly helpful feature and a friendly reminder to make sure your babies aren’t neglected with their water. With our 3 cats it starts to get loud about halfway down which takes roughly 2-3 days, then just add another (approximately) 32oz of water.Cats rate this water fountain 5⭐ (stars) also

Great fountain, keeps water fresh and pets happy
I’ve been using this fountain for a little while now and overall I’m very pleased with it. The design is sleek and modern, and it holds a good amount of water so I don’t have to refill it constantly. My cat loves drinking from the running water, and I’ve noticed she’s drinking more since I got it.The LED light is a nice touch because it helps me see the water level at night, and the filter really does keep the water clean and fresh. It’s also pretty quiet, which is a big plus compared to others I’ve tried.The only small downside is that cleaning it takes a bit of effort since there are a few parts to take apart, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not too bad.Overall, a solid purchase that I would recommend to other pet owners looking for a reliable water fountain.

Great fountain for our 4 kitties!
We absolutely love this fountain. We had purchased our first one almost two years ago and our four cats love it. I clean it every two weeks and replace the filters. I love how much water it holds and it is easy to clean. The light inside is fabulous for being able to quickly see the water level. After almost two years the pump stopped working and so I ordered another fountain. After just a couple weeks the new pump started making noise and I emailed the company. They IMMEDIATELY sent me a brand new pump! Great customer service! love the ease of use for the fountain and the kitties love the flowing water.

Beautiful, high quality, and feline approved!
I’ve had this fountain for a while now and my cat and I both absolutely love it! It is extremely easy to setup as well as break apart for cleaning. It comes with an extra filter if the first one gets too gunked up or lost. I found the noise level to be as quiet as can be expected and it holds enough water to last my single cat home at least a couple weeks before needing to add to it. As this was one of the cheaper options I found, I was truly happy with the quality of this gem!

Fantastic Fountain with even better customer support!
I’ve had this fountain constantly running for two months, and it’s done fantastically! It stores enough water that it would probably last 2 days with my dog and cat drinking from it without being attended to, though I personally replace the water every day regardless of the filtration system. It’s easy enough to clean. It only takes a few minutes longer than a typical steel bowl. My only issue with it so far is that refilling it is a small pain. When I go to refill it, I have to take the fountain and its cord due to it being irremovable from the fountain’s pump.This review is 5 stars instead of 4, because of the product’s fantastic, quick customer support. I ordered a pack of 4 replacement filters and sponges alongside this fountain, but I only ended up receiving the filters from that pack. I emailed the customer support team, and they responded within 24 hours in a professional manner and offered to send another pack of 4 filters and sponges free of cost. The replacement package surprisingly arrived within 24 hours of it being placed.

Good water fountain!
Our three cats and chihuahua really like this fountain. We bought it as one of the cats was not drinking enough water, and this has really motivated him to drink more than he usually did.It has been a couple of months since I bought this and it looks like it is brand new still. Quality of the materials and the ‘construction’ of the fountain itself is good.It’s easy to clean, works as long as there is energy in the home. We don’t usually fill it up all the way to keep the water in it as fresh as possible but it can take up a lot of water.It can last a good couple of days even with our three cats regularly drinking out of it, and our Chihuahua occasionally.

Great quality and Easy to clean!
I have 6 cats and wanted to make sure they had clean, fresh water at all times. I’ve owned a couple of different fountains. But this one has definitely lasted longer and is easy to clean and maintain. I’ve easily been able to reorder new filters and sponges for it. The light and viewing window allows you to see when the fountain needs water added even in the dark. Every one of the cats loves the fountains and get plenty of clean water daily.
