Chic, Sleek, and Surprisingly Spacious!
I am obsessed with this bag. The Coach Brooklyn has such a clean, modern shape that goes with literally everything — casual jeans, work outfits, even dressier looks. I got the medium size (Brooklyn 28) and it’s perfect for everyday use. It fits my wallet, phone, sunglasses, a mini makeup bag, and even a small notebook with no problem.The leather is buttery soft but still structured enough to hold its shape, and the wide strap makes it super comfortable on the shoulder. The snap closure is easy to open and close, and the interior feels luxe even without lining. It’s understated in the best way — classic Coach, but cooler. I love the maple brown color and you can tell it’s worth the money.Highly recommend if you want something stylish, functional, and timeless. Definitely a new favorite in my rotation!

Beautiful Bluebell
The color of this bag is so beautiful, as soon as I saw it online I knew I had to have it. It’s so springy and perfect for the upcoming seasons. I really like the size of the bag and the softness of the leather. However be aware that this bag SHOULD NOT be worn in the rain or anywhere you know it could be around liquids. I accidentally wore it out without knowing it was supposed to rain and ended up having little rain drop stains on the leather. Thankfully they did go away since it was pouring rain but I imagine if you were caught somewhere with no umbrella or cover then you might not have the same fortune. This definitely is not me deterring anyone from buying this bag because I still love her. As for all the reviews saying this bag falls off their shoulder a lot, yes this does happen, but for me it’s only whenever I’m wearing a bulkier shirt/jacket. But even then you can just use it as a handbag instead of a shoulder bag for the time being. Definitely recommend!!!

Poor Quality or Defect Bag or both??
I was so excited to receive this bag. I saw it in stores and felt that the leather quality was worth investing. I decided to trust Amazon because I’ve heard good reviews. I’ve also seen Amazon unboxing of coach bags online and they come wrapped really well. When I opened my package, the bag was barely secured with the plastic packaging that all coach bags arrive with, it was crushed and bent! The coach handtag was also missing and the leather quality was so poor. Really upset that it arrived in this conditions, it almost looks like a fake coach bag. It only arrived with the exterior coach plastic bag, dust bag and a deflated bubble wrap in the inside.

Slides off shoulder
I really love the feel of the leather on this but it just didn’t fit me personally. I have larger arms and I feel like the strap didn’t really hold on to my shoulder that well and I had to constantly be sliding it back up. I noticed that the corners at the bottom were the first to show wear.

The burgundy is beautiful, just as pictured. As soon as I saw this color was available I jumped on it. It is a tad smaller than I expected and the handle could be a little longer but other than that it is a nice bag. I wish there was a slip pocket for my phone, hence the 4 stars. I think if it did I would also purchase the black.
