Logic Puzzle Game, Brain Teaser, Kids, Teens, Adults, Family Game Nights, Ages 6+, Two Ways to Play, Pixy Cubes by Blue Orange Games
About the products:
- SPATIAL GAME: Pixy Cubes is a fine motor design game that combines creativity with speed and memory. Players can compete or work independently to solve puzzles on Challenge Cards or recreate patterns on the Design Cards by placing their colorful cubes in the correct layout.
- KIDS, TEENS, FAMILY OR ADULT LOGIC GAME: This Spatial Speed and Memory Game can be enjoyed by children, teens, adults and parents playing with their children. Best recommended for ages 6 & Up. The artful and colorful illustrations and designs appeal to all ages.
- HOW TO PLAY – SPEED VERSION: Divide up the engraved cubes so all players receive one of each type. Place one Challenge Card, color side up, in the center of the playing surface. Each player uses their set of four Pixy Cubes to complete the pattern first and win the card.
- MEMORY GAME: For a more difficult variation, players can test their memory by staring at the Challenge card for 10 seconds, memorizing the pattern, flipping the card over to reveal hints on the back of the card and then attempting to complete the pattern from memory.
- COOPERATIVE AND/OR COMPETITIVE GAME: Pixy Cubes strengthens fine motor skills and spatial memory. It works well with 1 to 4 players and can be played indoors or outdoors, preferably on a flat surface. Perfect for ages 6+.

Blue Orange Pixi Cube Games
This cubes are painted bright primary colors that are pleasing to the eye. The cubes are well made & fit nicely in the tray provided for storage or during play for a single player. There is a claim that the coating on the blocks is free of harmful toxins. The large cards have 4 designs on either side which will yield 4 challenges on either side. There a few larger cards which are simple & have graph like lines showing the layout of the blocks for beginners. I find that some of the designs can be quite challenging & can make you really plan the layout of your design. I am an adult & love pattern block games. There are smaller cards which only call 4 blocks into play for beginners. This game is for children that are 6 & up. I do not see how younger children would be able to play this game without parental supervision. This game will keep you occupied for awhile with all of the designs to be completed. It is a great way to kill some time. This is not a travel game to be played in the car, but you could play it during a layover. This game would make a nice stocking stuffer or birthday gift.

Great game! All my kids love it
We bought this specifically because the skills used to create these pictures are similar to those on the tests for gifted at school. My daughter was asked to do more visual spacial practice and this was perfect for her. She used these for a few weeks before her retake and her score improved and she passed. But all my kids love these and play them all the time. I love the sturdy metal box and we take it on trips to play in the hotels because it is so self contained and can be played alone or with a group

the puzzles are unique and interesting to the eye and the games challenging enough that i had fun playing it with him
The four square puzzles my 4yo can do by himself but the bigger puzzles that take all the dice to make are far more difficult and gave him enough of a issue that i grabbed a ruler and pen and drew in the grid myself. the puzzles are unique and interesting to the eye and the games challenging enough that i had fun playing it with him.

It has now become her favorite go to game and likes to buy it for …
I bought this for my 6 year old as she loves puzzles. She loves it! It has now become her favorite go to game and likes to buy it for friends birthday gifts. Her 8 year old brother enjoys playing with it just as much. I like that they can play with multiple players or on their own. My husband and I have enjoyed it too. The cubes are small but I think that lends to the challenge. It challenges you to look closely at the details.

Great for therapy
To begin with, I can use most any game with dice shaped cubes to work on hand skills. So I loved this one right from the start. Then, this game is also a good one to work on visual perceptual skills. Goes from simple 4 piece designs with the grid printed on the card, to 16 piece designs without the grid printed on it. Therefore, can be used with a wide range of ages and skill levels. Colors are bright and part of the cubes, not stickers that are going to wear off or fall off. Lots to love here!

Pixy Cubes are AWESOME!!!
We first found Pixy Cubes at Chik Fil A as a toy in the kids meal. The box comes with 16 solid cubes and the colors are bright and seem like they will stay on forever. There are 4 sets of 4 cubes that together make ALL KINDS of shapes and designs. The metal box also comes with several cards that you can copy and use to challenge your family and friends. My 6 year old twins love this toy and it’s also great for days when you are stuck inside or sick …… it’s an excellent bed toy.The Pixy Cube website has more designs that you can print out.I also made a template for my son, once he’s done creating his own design he likes to draw his own cards. This is a great brain toy.LOVE IT!

Really, Really Small. Otherwise nice
PROS:- Pretty and high quality- have all the necessary color and shape combinations to make many engaging designsCONS- REALLY SMALL. The size of a standard 6-sided die…tiny… really. 1/2″ / side.NET/NET:Not appropriate for a first block pattern set for younger kids. So, specifically:- Manufacturer recommends for 6 year olds, but you can go younger IF: – 4 year olds familiar with pattern blocks, and who have good hand-eye and fine motor skills – 5 year olds with average-for-their age hand-eye and fine motor skills

Great toy for ages 6 and up. (possibly younger ages as well if your child is advanced)
This was a great investment. I love finding games that are both educational AND fun. My kids are not banned from the tv, and they are experts of the Ipad, Xbox and have mastered SkyLanders yet they still found these Pixy Cubes entertaining. I bought it for my 6yr old’s birthday and it is a bit of a challenge for him but his older brother (who is only 11 months older than him) does quite well with matching the blocks with the provided pattern cards. I wanted something challenging though so I’m glad my 6yr old has to work a bit to figure it out.
