It’s not too big, so it goes down easily, and the combination of turmeric and ginger works well for me. On days when I forget to take it (and I do sometimes), I can feel a difference – I move a little slower. But when I do take it, I have a little more pep in my step. I’m happy to report that I will continue to order this, and I appreciate the great quality.

It would be difficult to leave a video review of this product unless you’re into watching me swallow a pill. That said, I swallow this capsule every day. It’s not too big, so it goes down easily, and the combination of turmeric and ginger works well for me. On days when I forget to take it (and I do sometimes), I can feel a difference – I move a little slower. But when I do take it, I have a little more pep in my step. I’m happy to report that I will continue to order this, and I appreciate the great quality.

Defective on subscription order
It was fine at first. Subscribed to receive this product but second bottle sent was not good. The product came out of the capsules and it was inside the bottle. Not sure if dosage is correct as some capsules are defective and product has released all over the other capsules. Just emailed manufacturer about this defect on the capsules not closing properly or have damage. Other than that no complaints. I don’t see it having any side effects nor good effects either. Other bottle before my first order was bought at Costco (not defective).
